back is a bit sore, but that's a great thing. forcing my body to adapt to lifting heavy.

I'm just HAPPY that i can bench press 135 on my own. i'm thinking i weight about 140, so hopefully i'll be benching over my weight within 2 weeks.

12 mph?! Thas insane dude! You better have that magnet thing on incase you ever trip and fall, otherwise it'll eat your skin off! Yikes!

Good job though, are you still doing Arnels program, or strictly weight lifting? I dont think you need too much more aerobic stuff or too much HIIT, just eat tons of food and lift those heavy bastards!
